'Organization XIII': the good guys
♥ Xeha
Hero boy with Issues and memory trouble; he was brought to Radiant Garden as an amnesiac physical-10-year-old. (Point of plot divergence, Aqua 'deaging' him at the end of BBS.) While he sometimes slips into 'I know better than you, I will be the one to change the world' mindset, he's largely a good guy, protected from the influence of the Darkness during his re-upbringing. He still uses a version of Guardian... which is basically Terra.
♥ Braig
Secretive, but loyal as all get out to Xeha. He's the one to close The Door at the end of the KH1 events.
♥ Dilan
Solid, dependable. The person who tends to knock Xeha into line when his worse tendencies come to the front. Otherwise, a walking force of nature...
♥ Even
The voice of sanity in the team. Or at least he thinks so. ;) While not strictly speaking the most moral of characters, he's still in this to save the worlds.
♥ Aeleus
Taught Xeha what he knows about fighting that isn't keyblade specific. Kind of the 'Team Dad' figure, he's developed a nice range of healing and protective skills above and beyond his better known whacking things in the face.
♥ Ienzo
Xeha's 'brother' as the other kid of the apprentice team. They've been good influences on each other. Somehow...
♥ Isa
(Subject to change...) Spirited away from Radiant Garden as the world fell, he's been living in another world, trying to get along... until the apprentice team found him.
♥ Lea
Took refuge in Traverse Town after the Garden's fall: decides to join the group after realising his long lost friend's still alive.
♥ Dyme
A well-loved teen idol in his home world, but he didn't count on a holiday to Kaua'i, Hawaii turning into a whirlwind of aliens and monsters - and a chance to be more than a pretty face.
♥ Rould
From PatF world; was visiting New Orleans - Crescent City - to gamble on the riverboats when the Heartless hit, partly thanks to Facilier's Friends on the other Side.
♥ Malauri
(under development:) Coming all the way from Narnia! A half-Dryad (which doesn't mean half-human...), he's not always trusted humans, but teams up with the crew anyway to find a better world than his frozen homeland.
♥ Arlene
A pirate captain from Port Royal, captain of the 'Sea Nymph'.
♥ Xion
... Is very different, given she was created after the point of divergence. For one thing, she permanently looks like a girly Ven.

♥ Kairi
While born a Princess of Heart, became fascinated by the Heartless and the Darkness, and they became the same with her... gives up her Light to truly become their Princess, instead. Loves them all like her best friends and family. Wants to give them the world. Literally.
♥ Sora
Has Lost The Plot. Delusional, and heavily influenced by the Vanitas-ness in his heart. Loyal to Kairi, and believes in her cause - believes in the Darkness, and what it can bring. Believes it his duty to protect her, follow her, no matter what...
♥ Riku

♥ King Mickey
Is still King Mickey. You can't really change the mouse.
♥ Donald and Goofy
Rescued the Radiant Garden crew from their darkened home. They pretty much play mission control, and help various team members reach their potential, having eg. given Even his shield.
